I understand Wisconsin Law does not allow persons to bring alcohol beverages for consumption to a golf course and I will not bring on any Carry On Alcoholic Beverages.
I Agree to have the correct amount of players on my reservation. i.e. if I make a tee time for 4 players, I will have four players. A player fee of $25 plus tax for each no show player will be assessed.
I Agree this membership is pre-paid cart and greens fee program for only the couple- year end. Expires on 12-31-25

Fairways of Woodside CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES: Two (2) individual corporate designees assigned as individual members. Corporate membership comes with 30 anytime golf passes for guest that are not on the membership.
This pass provides unlimited green fees with Cart that gives early online access to the tee sheet. Does not include Simulator time or range use.
